Refund Policy
1. General Rule
Leadmo provides digital services primarily for business use.
All payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
Access to the service is granted immediately upon successful payment.
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
After cancellation:
- access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle,
- no further charges will be applied,
- no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
3. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable EU law, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase.
However, by purchasing a subscription and gaining immediate access to the service, you expressly request the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
4. Lifetime Deals
Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by mandatory law.
5. Billing Errors
In cases of duplicate payments or technical billing errors, refunds may be granted at Leadmo's sole discretion.
6. Amendments
Leadmo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions apply to future purchases.
